Responsibilities

• This position exists to manage and improve business process for corporate clients, and any other activities that might impact on customer experience and satisfaction, in accordance to fulfil business goals
• To develop and launch initiatives products to meet business goals and strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer complaints / negative voice regarding Bank's services / products and improving current customer journey
• Improving dynamic working relationships between employees
• Design and build appropriate processes, to ensure that all business activities are well documented with necessary improvements in order to support business growth
