The Finance Solutions Excellence team is a regional hub dedicated to transforming finance processes across all countries through automation and data-driven solutions . Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Finance Solution Excellence Analyst to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in process improvement , automation , and AI-driven solutions .

The role requires technical expertise in Python, SQL, or low-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, KNIME, Workato), combined with a strong background in business process design.

You will play a crucial part in supporting daily process improvement projects, collaborating across the organization with Finance Shared Services Center, Global Process Owners, and Group Technology Services.

You will report directly to the Manager, Finance Solutions Excellence.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Automation Lead and Execution : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions.
• Data Engineering : Architect and deploy scripts or queries for data wrangling and complex reconciliation.
• Process Transformation : Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze and redesign manual finance processes.
• AI / Innovation Prototyping : Contribute to strategic AI and analytics plans by developing functional prototypes.
• Project Ownership : Manage small projects and workstreams autonomously.
