Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for growing clients, proposing, and driving the growth of medium to smaller customers.
• Engage routinely with all local clients.
• Deliver sales growth and margin targets in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with regional offices on Innovation Plans, potentials, adoption rates, and growth ambitions for local clients.
• Define account / segment needs, targets, and priorities to win business.
• Work closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight teams to develop the Indonesian market.
