Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Step into the role of Senior Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your dedication to enriching the customer journey and driving sales will see you thriving in a culture committed to commercial excellence and innovation.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Planning - Full Year/Quarter/Monthly Planning (What's working & not working, explore more new initiatives).
  • Lead Big Initiatives - JBP with Customers (Lead big initiatives discussion each of category).
  • Trading Term Closure (Target Trading Term Closure).
  • Business Review (Quarterly business review with customer Each of Category).
  • Monthly review (Monthly review on business performance & recomendation on actions).
  • Weekly Tracker (Update weekly offtake performance & competition).
  • Monthly IMS/NR Target to Achieve (Better planning for Offtake & IMS).
  • Account P&L (Creating account P&L).
  • Promo Review & Recco (Together with TM Channel to analyse promo library & give reccomendation).
  • Excellent Execution (Ensure Slot Promo as approval internal promotion).
  • Collaboration with Area (Ensure all plan executed in area).
  • Service Level Improvement (Lead the Service Level Project Improvement by account).
  • Budget Tracking (Budget Tracking for both Contractuals & On Top Activities, include Quarter TMLV By Segment).

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
  • Strong commercial insight, and astute P and L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Known for your strategic insight and a practical approach to problem-solving, you're ready to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to influencing others using compelling facts and data.
  • A diverse range of influencing styles and techniques at your disposal, with evidence of their effective application in past roles.
