Operation Improvement Analyst

About the Role

Responsible for identifying and evaluating Mall opening projects in accordance with company policies and strategies to provide innovative improvements, as well as maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in operational activity standards and service standards, so as to support business operations efficiently and effectively.

Responsibility :

• Analyze field situations and conditions to obtain the necessary information for innovative improvement analyses to support operational performance.
• Serve as a project leader for improvement plans and service enhancements at the Mall.
• Provide improvement proposals/recommendations based on data analysis and applicable regulations to improve performance.
• Coordinate with relevant parties (MSI, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Support, etc.) regarding the development of existing procedures and policies to ensure that every Mall operation management process is carried out properly in accordance with the company's business processes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of existing procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with relevant parties (MSI, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Support, etc.) to develop, implement, and monitor emergency response plans, occupational safety, and serve as a crisis center for the Mall.
• Monitor the progress of special initiatives/projects related to operational improvement, as directed by superiors, to ensure they are running according to established targets and plans.
• Provide recommendations for budget planning and management calculations according to needs, ensuring that resource allocation is targeted and efficient.
• Manage documentation on standardized procedures, processes, audit reports, and compliance reports, and provide regular reports to management on the status of standardization efforts.

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree, all major.
• Experience 3-5 years in the same field.
• Skill & Knowledge : Analytical Thinking, Project Management Office, Business Process Management, Mall Operation & Management, PDCA.
