As a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of Arethia's global marketing team, serving as the strategic marketing lead for our Indonesian operations. Based in Surabaya, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing in Switzerland and the local General Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for Hertz Flavours in Indonesia's tobacco and nicotine market. This role bridges our global brand standards with local market needs, requiring you to be both strategically minded and hands-on in execution. You will play a crucial role in integrating the Indonesian business with our broader Arethia group, ensuring marketing excellence while building deep understanding of local market dynamics. You will manage trade shows, develop customer-facing materials, conduct market research, and serve as the vital link between our commercial teams in Indonesia and our central marketing organization across Switzerland, Germany, and Dubai.
