Customer Service Engineer

Job Description Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance. Pay customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship. Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues. What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in providing technical services. Good communication skills in Mandarin. Having a diploma or degree related to mechanical or electrical majors is preferred. Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings. Familiar with AutoCAD.
