As an Admin Staff (Auto Care) , you will play a key role in managing workshop administration, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and supporting daily operations to deliver excellent service to customers.
Requirements Minimum education: SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (automotive/workshop experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in shifts following mall operational hours (10 AM – 10 PM).
Prepare and manage administrative documents such as SPK, invoices, and reports.
Input daily service data and maintain proper documentation.
Manage service bookings and monitor vehicle workflow.
Generate operational reports including revenue, service activity, and cash flow.
