Section Manager Operations

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Section Manager Operations to assist the store manager for store operations in the retail. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Located at Paragon Square Mall Sorong.

Responsibilities

1. Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor
3. Willing to be assigned outside of domicile
4. Able to assist in store employee recruitment
5. Able to support the Store Manager in HR administration, including work schedules for front-line employees
6. Strong ability in people development, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation
7. Skilled in managing VCM (Visual Control Management), including evaluation
8. Capable of managing store products, including monitoring expired dates, damages, etc.
9. Able to handle anti-theft measures, store cleanliness, and customer service
10. Experienced in analyzing and evaluating product sales (SKU), planning product needs, etc.
11. Experienced in assisting new store openings

Qualifications

• Sales Area Management (Front) Responsible for overseeing the entire front sales area, including cleanliness, anti-theft measures, customer service, product display, and related aspects.
• Administrative & Work System Support Assist the Store Manager in managing administration and work systems for the front sales area.
• Staff Work System Oversight Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in organizing and supervising the work system of all front-area staff.
• VCM Management Manage, organize, and evaluate Visual Control Management (VCM).
• Training & Performance Evaluation Provide training and conduct performance evaluations for front-area sales staff.
• Operational Coordination Coordinate with Middle and Back Area Leaders in daily store operations.
