Open Position: Team Leader Product Research
About the Role
As Team Leader Product Research, you will lead the analysis of digital wholesale banking product performance by monitoring key metrics such as transaction volume, customer growth, and product utilization. You will be responsible for preparing periodic performance reports, generating data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.
You will also conduct benchmarking against industry best practices, support the development of performance monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and digital adoption—to ensure effective implementation of insights and alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
