We are currently looking for a Retail Operation Manager who will be responsible for managing Beauty Advisors on a daily operation to ensure their performances meet company KPI. This position will need someone who has administrative skills, has experience working with BA Agency/Outsource company, familiar to data analytics and able to cooperate with numerous people in all levels (Beauty Advisor, Team Leader, Regional Trainer)
