Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a trusted consumer goods company with a strong presence in the local market.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging, efficient inventory control, and timely product delivery to branches and customers.
• Drive supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational excellence to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Implement inventory control systems to prevent overstock and stock shortages.
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Improve production resource utilization and operational productivity.
• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Optimize distribution networks and fleet utilization to improve service levels and reduce logistics costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and procurement plans.
• Monitor and manage supply chain quality, costs, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Conduct periodic reviews of demand forecasts, purchasing plans, supplier performance, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, vendors, distributors, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related functions.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, and distribution management.
• Experience managing suppliers, vendors, and supply chain operations in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, Halal standards, ISO 22000, production capacity planning, and supply chain best practices.
• Understanding of Finance for Non-Finance concepts and basic taxation (VAT/PPh) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
