Marketing Manager - Aesthetic Clinic & Skincare Company

The company is a well-established aesthetic clinic and skincare company seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead both the clinic’s marketing initiatives and its OTC skincare product portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Manager (CEO), this role will oversee integrated offline and digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for aesthetic clinic services and OTC skincare products.
• Lead both offline marketing activities (events, partnerships, activations, CRM) and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage the company’s overall brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across services, products, and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to grow the customer base.
• Collaborate with clinic operations, sales, and product teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing ROI.
• Manage external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of marketing or brand management experience, with strong exposure to digital marketing.
• Experience in the skincare, aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with clinic-based healthcare marketing experience, particularly aesthetic or dermatology clinics.
• Proven experience managing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, CRM, and digital marketing analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
