Safety Manager (LNG HSE)

1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the project or facility Health Safety Security and Environment management system.
   
2. Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies applicable Indonesian regulations client requirements and recognised industry practices.
   
3. Develop and maintain project HSE plans procedures risk registers emergency response plans inspection programmes and safety campaigns.
   
4. Lead hazard identification risk assessments Job Safety Analysis toolbox meetings permit-to-work reviews and control-of-work assurance activities.
   
5. Conduct regular site inspections behavioural safety observations compliance audits and contractor HSE performance reviews.
   
6. Lead investigations into incidents near misses unsafe conditions and environmental events including root-cause analysis and corrective-action follow-up.
   
7. Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting working at height confined-space entry excavation energised work marine activities and simultaneous operations.
   
8. Coordinate emergency response drills crisis-management exercises medical-response readiness and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
   
9. Prepare HSE reports performance statistics leading and lagging indicators management presentations and required regulatory documentation.
   
10. Coach line managers supervisors employees and contractors to strengthen safety leadership workforce engagement and a proactive reporting culture.
    
    

Salary: US$5500 to US$7000

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering Environmental Science Industrial Hygiene or a related discipline.
   
2. Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in LNG oil and gas petrochemical offshore EPC construction commissioning or major industrial operations.
   
3. Strong knowledge of process safety control of work incident investigation emergency response contractor HSE management and recognised HSE management systems.
   
4. Professional certification such as AK3 Umum NEBOSH IOSH ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or an equivalent recognised qualification is preferred.
   
5. Indonesian citizen with strong leadership investigation reporting Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills and willingness to work on-site (Tangguh Indonesia).
