Field Anti Fraud Investigator Retail Banking

As a Field Fraud Investigator you will conduct field investigations to verify suspected fraud cases gather evidence and support the Banks fraud prevention initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to conduct investigations in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Investigate all cases that are escalated to Anti Fraud (ABADI & Tunaiku) or categorized as fraud signals assigned by the Anti Fraud Investigator Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets for field investigation visits and be able to convey valuable information during field visits.
• Provide clear investigation results and maintain a fraud case tracker as part of daily tasks.
• Support the collection of data as evidence during the investigation process while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Conduct suspicious transaction checks based on fraud alerts and confirm findings directly with customers.
• Conduct field visits when needed and coordinate with related parties.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Anti-Fraud investigation internal audit and application processes particularly for digital products within the Financial Services industry.
• Strong technical computer and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn with high integrity and ethical standards.
