Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet and employs more than 3000 employees worldwide and experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and statutory requirements.
• Manage corporate tax obligations including PPh 21 PPh 23 PPh 25 and VAT (PPN) while supporting tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Oversee financial operations and maintain strong internal controls including supervision of Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Asset (FA) management.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow perform bank reconciliations and maintain healthy liquidity levels.
• Lead supervise and develop the accounting and tax team through coaching performance management and capability building.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities ensuring financial records and supporting documents are accurate complete and audit-ready.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Strong understanding of PSAK Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP Oracle Jurnal or other ERP platforms.
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B/C or CPA are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
