Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefit

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client the largest technology investment holding company in the ASEAN region.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation & Benefits operations across multiple business entities.
• Design maintain and review salary structures job grading job evaluation and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Manage annual salary review promotion review incentive and bonus programs and executive compensation processes.
• Develop compensation proposals and salary packages for new hires based on internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end employee benefits administration including health insurance life insurance statutory benefits retirement programs and reimbursement policies.
• Manage annual benefit renewals and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and external vendors.
• Partner with HR Business Partners Finance Payroll and business leaders to provide strategic Total Rewards advisory.
• Support HRIS enhancement and Compensation & Benefits module optimization while ensuring data accuracy and reporting excellence.
• Analyze workforce costs compensation trends headcount planning and reward budgets to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations tax payroll governance and statutory benefit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Compensation & Benefits processes and employee experience.
• Coach and provide guidance to junior team members while supporting capability development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Finance Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience working in large organizations with diverse employee populations and preferably within a multi-entity or regional business environment.
• Strong expertise in salary structure design job evaluation salary benchmarking and Total Rewards strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing employee benefits insurance programs retirement plans and vendor relationships.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations payroll governance taxation BPJS and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Darwinbox is highly preferred) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical problem-solving stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional certifications in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards are an advantage.
