Customer Care & Demand Manager - Your future position
As the Customer Care & Demand Manager you will lead and support the local Customer Care Demand Planning and Invoicing teams to drive operational excellence. You will ensure the effective implementation of global guidelines and best practices aiming to exceed customer expectations through efficient and cost-effective operations. You will personally manage orders of strategic importance and provide technical guidance to your team whenever needed.
You will be based in Depok Cimanggis and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
Sounds interesting In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:
- Lead and manage the local Customer Care Demand Planning and Invoicing teams ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.
- Recruit coach and develop team members while monitoring performance workload balance and key service metrics.
- Handle complex or sensitive customer situations personally ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Implement and maintain global standards/guidelines and contracts for sales order management pricing and compliance (including consignment inventory and trade agreements).
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Sales and other functions to deliver consistent service levels and support business growth.
- Manage the order-to-cash process to achieve sales targets financial objectives and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization cost reduction and adherence to ISO documentation and other quality standards.
- Prepare and manage the departments budget identifying opportunities to enhance customer care performance and efficiency.

Your professional profile includes:
University / Bachelors Degree in food biological or physical sciences.
3-5 years of experience in food or flavour regulatory affairs.
Good English local language essential.
Strong PC skills including competency in MS Office products.
Advanced knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.
Thorough understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems.
Thorough knowledge of assigned customer specific requirements.
Proficient with regulatory systems.
