Tax Manager (Ecommerce Enablement Business)

AnyMind Group is seeking an execution-focused Tax Manager to run our VAT and corporate tax infrastructure for our fast-scaling E-commerce Enablement business unit in this position you will lead a local tax team to turn high-volume marketplace transaction data into structured fiscal clarity safeguarding our operations and ensuring absolute compliance across multi-channel digital platforms.

What Youll Do

• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Formulate review and manage the end-to-end calculations and monthly/annual filings of all statutory taxes (PPh 21 23 4(2) 26 PPh Badan and PPN) via the DJP e-filing ecosystem.
• E-commerce Transaction Tax Architecture: Oversee the tax logic for millions of daily transactional lines ensuring correct handling of marketplace platform fees digital services taxes (PMSE rules) withholding slips (Bukti Potong) and merchant subsidies.
• Audit & Risk Management: Act as the primary strategic representative during tax audits (Pemeriksaan Pajak). You will handle queries from tax officers prepare solid defense documentation/objection letters (Surat Keberatan) and minimize financial exposure.
• Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage coach and review the outputs of the local tax team embedding a culture of high data fluency and operational accountability across the department.
• Strategic Business Advisory: Partner with E-commerce Business Heads and Legal teams to provide clear tax advisory on merchant/brand contracts cross-border fulfillment logic and Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with an active Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus).
• At least 5 years of corporate tax experience with 12 years of team management.
• Direct experience working in a Big 4 firm or managing tax setups for E-commerce Retail or 3PL Logistics companies. Strong knowledge of UU HPP e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• High analytical skills; able to look into dense data streams alongside your team to resolve transactional tax discrepancies.
• Highly resilient and composed under pressure. Takes personal accountability for meeting tight DJP statutory deadlines.
