ERP Solution Consultant

About the Company

Geekhunter is assisting one of its clients a pioneering company in digital transformation and cloud solution consultancy and is seeking an ERP Solution Consultant to strengthen its pre-sales and client engagement capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and document business processes.
• Align business needs with Oracle NetSuite functionalities identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage engagement with prospects throughout the pre-sales cycle until closure.
• Deliver tailored ERP demonstrations showcasing system value.
• Prepare solution proposals functional designs and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses and assist in building competitive proposals.
• Act as a subject matter expert in meetings presentations and client discussions.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on ERP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting Information Systems Technology or Computer Science.
• Solid knowledge of key ERP modules: Accounting Sales Purchasing Inventory and Projects.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and pre-sales activities.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills effective with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge across both functional and technical areas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills including interaction with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken written and read).
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
