Tax Manager
Location: Central Jakarta

Our client a multinational consulting company is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee the company’s corporate tax management compliance and tax planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate tax compliance obligations covering the company’s applicable tax objects.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax returns payments and supporting documentation.
• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies in line with business objectives and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the company.
• Manage tax audits inquiries disputes and communications with tax authorities.
• Work closely with Finance Accounting regional stakeholders and external tax advisors.
• Strengthen internal tax controls documentation and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Taxation Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant tax experience including managerial responsibilities.
• Must have hands-on tax management experience within a multinational company.
• Experience as a Tax Consultant with a Big Four firm is highly preferred; alternatively currently working as a Tax Manager in a reputable multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate taxation tax compliance tax planning and tax audit processes.
• Strong analytical leadership communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
