Description
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales with at least 12 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales with at least 12 years in a Assistant Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in an international hotel brand is preferred; Marriott experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Have good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with hotel sales systems and CRM is an advantage.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for sales calls networking events and business development activities.
- Familiar with the Manado and North Sulawesi market.
- Established network with corporate companies government institutions travel agencies event organizers and MICE clients.
