Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving MDRT & Elite performance numbers through support in planning and executing related events.
- Provide operational and logistical support for MDRT assignments and initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to MDRT and PEC programs including documentation scheduling and reporting.
- Collaborate with the MDRT & PEC team to ensure smooth execution of development activities.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Canva
- Support internal communications and coordination across teams involved in MDRT development.
Requirements:
- Final year or fresh graduates from any major preferable with administration experience.
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta.
- Committed to do internship for 6 months.
- Have professional level English proficiency.
- Advance in operating Microsoft Office Tools (Excel Word and PowerPoint) Canva & Figma (Web Application)
