JOB DESCRIPTION

• Air Freight & Customs Clearance as main task to be promote our products in every form to ensure promotion and sales possibilities to grab new potential customer.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets Analyze client needs provide customized project proposals and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
  
• Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers requirements.
  
• Coordinate with operations to ensure delivery are completed on time.
  
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  
• Provide detailed sales forecasts performance reports and business insights to management
  

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Logistics or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales or sales specialist Air Freight Segment Having good knowledge related to export and import regulations. Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
  
• Proficient and professional in presentations and negotiations as well as problem-solving skills in handling emerging issues (customer complaints). Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
  
• Able to analyze market trends sales trends and business opportunities in the Bekasi area and its surroundings.
  
• Target and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
  

Required Skills:

REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Logistics or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as sales in 3PL or ocean cargo Having good knowledge related to export and import regulations. Have potential customer portfolio that can be prospected in using LX Pantos service. Able to do tender management make pricing simulation for selling and buying make solution suggestion and design Fluent in English
