Job Description:

Under the General direction of the General Manager, the Risk Assessment Advisor is responsible for the coordination, planning, organization, maintenance and supervision of all aspects of operation in the Complex Security Department for the security and safety of its property, employees and guests.
The key responsibility of the Risk Assessment Advisor/Security Manager is to develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant security risk events to detail plans to prevent and prepare for an adverse event, and cover continuity of business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification in Security Management or a related discipline (e.g., Certified Security Professional) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Manager in an international hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in leading hotel security operations, including safety, loss prevention, emergency response, and risk management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in a third language (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
