Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in baby kids and family personal care products. The company is focused on innovation consumer-centric product development and building strong brands that positively impact Indonesian families.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's product innovation strategy and technical roadmap across multiple product categories.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept generation formulation validation scale-up and commercialization.
• Provide technical leadership and scientific direction to R&D teams ensuring high standards of formulation product performance and innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies ingredients and scientific advancements to develop competitive and consumer-centric products.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing Consumer Insights Regulatory Affairs Manufacturing QA/QC and Supply Chain to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee technical feasibility studies formulation optimization stability testing and manufacturing transfer activities.
• Ensure all products comply with GMP regulatory requirements quality standards and company expectations.
• Build mentor and develop a high-performing R&D team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Translate consumer needs and market opportunities into technically feasible and commercially successful products.
• Represent the company as the technical expert when engaging with external manufacturers suppliers and strategic partners.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy is required (Apothecary/Pharmacist License is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Development R&D or Product Innovation within pharmaceutical personal care cosmetics FMCG or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical or innovation teams.
• Strong expertise in formulation development ingredient science product efficacy stability manufacturing processes and commercialization.
• Proven experience leading complex product development projects and providing scientific direction.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulatory requirements quality standards and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated leadership with the technical credibility to mentor senior R&D professionals and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with Manufacturing QA/QC Regulatory Affairs Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners.
• Exposure to business strategy consumer insights market trends and brand development is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking strategic planning project management and stakeholder management skills.
