Provide technical support in printing instruction

  • Design develop and deliver technical training programs related to engineering concepts tools and processes

  • Provide classroom workshop and hands-on practical training sessions

  • Translate complex engineering principles into clear understandable instruction

  • Develop and update training materials manuals and e-learning modules

  • Ensure training aligns with company standards safety regulations and industry best practices

  • Mentor and support technician to improve their technical skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training improvements or solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure training relevance

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies tools and engineering practices
