Key Responsibilities: Responsible for producing UGC video content from start to finish, including writing, shooting, editing, and captioning. Collaborate with fellow content creators, report to Senior Content Creator through approval by Head of Content Creator. Willing to learn, follow, and implement campaign strategies designed by Campaign Strategist to support the brand, particularly in the UGC context. Coordinate with Project Manager to monitor quantity and quality deliverables of videos. Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, specifically short-form video content UGC is a must. Strong understanding of soft-sell campaign concepts that drive high engagement. Experience as a content creator, especially on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Ability to develop creative concepts aligned with current trends to captivate the audience.
