Youll represent our cutting-edge LC and IC systems working closely with customers to understand their analytical challenges and deliver effective solutions that enable them to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. As a technical advisor you will:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers key opinion leaders distributors and strategic partners to enhance customer market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic market intelligence to the commercial collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and technical support to implement sales strategy serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle from opportunity qualification through proposal development technical validation negotiation support and successful handover for you will get here:Bachelors Degree or higher in Chemistry or equivalentTechnical knowledge and hands-on expertise in LC and IC including sample preparation and associated workflows. Minimum 3 years or more work experience using LC or IC analytical and strategic planning capabilitiesDemonstrated success in technical activities i.e coordinating issue resolution ensuring customer success and long-term account presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex technical conceptsExperience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environmentDemonstrated project management and organizational skillsTravel requirements of 25-50% within assigned territoryProficiency in English required additional languages valued
