Market Development Manager - Denpasar

Shape strategic partnerships in the aesthetic space – and help redefine how patients access life-changing treatments across Indonesia and beyond.

Your new role

As a Market Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and managing strategic commercial partnerships in aesthetic field that support our business objectives and drive future growth. You will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity scouting and evaluation to negotiation, contracting, and post-deal implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business needs into commercial partnership strategies by identifying opportunities that align with our future portfolio goals and bring long-term value to Novo Nordisk.
• Proactively identifying and evaluating potential partners and decision makers across key sectors in aesthetic business, including aesthetic clinic chains and aesthetic clinic independent,.
• Leading the engagement, negotiation, and contracting process with selected partners, while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and due diligence.
• Led by Market Development Lead, you will be building robust business cases and partnership models, both financial and strategic, maintain relationship with the partners, and driving internal review and governance processes to secure necessary approvals.
• Growing the business by managing partnerships with decision makers, maintaining strong communication channels, monitoring performance, aligning on KPIs, and ensuring the partnership delivers on its intended objectives.

Your new department

This position sits within the GLP-1 team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia – a group of highly driven individuals passionate about changing the landscape of obesity management. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the team educates customers on our products and related disease areas with a clear focus on execution, leadership, trust, and accountability. We strive to be a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. You will be based in Denpasar and report to the Market Development Lead.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities who thrives on building partnerships that create lasting impact. You'll bring with you:

• A minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the aesthetic business, with a solid and established network in the aesthetic field
• Proven ability in area management, KOL management, project management, business case development, and business negotiation
• Experience working with healthcare decision-makers and the ability to manage working processes within a corridor of compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel and develop the area of responsibility (Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi) in collaboration with multi-functional teams
