Bartender

As a Bartender you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our Bar and lounge experience.

• To consistently provide thoughtful caring and sincere service
• To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
• To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• To have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• To follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Previous bartending experience required
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Fluent in English and local language
