About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing PMO to join a growing team to support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and go-to-market projects for Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, multinational environment. The role acts as a coordination bridge between local marketing operations and regional stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track, requirements are clearly communicated, and key milestones are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of cross-functional marketing and go-to-market projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, milestones, and ownership structures
• Coordinate marketing campaign delivery, content production workflows, and promotional activities across the Indonesia team and regional stakeholders
• Track project progress across marketing initiatives, identifying dependencies, delays, and resource constraints, and escalating issues to management when necessary
• Act as a liaison between the Indonesia marketing team and Mandarin-speaking regional stakeholders, ensuring business requirements and project updates are clearly communicated in both directions
• Maintain clear and consistent project documentation, status reports, and post-project reviews throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project coordination, or business operations with a strong marketing or go-to-market focus
• Experience supporting campaigns, content workflows, or promotional projects across multiple teams or markets is an advantage
• Experience in fintech, financial services, brokerage, or technology industries is preferred
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves daily coordination with Mandarin-speaking regional management and stakeholders
