👔 Role: HR Admin

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and HR documentation.
• Hands-on experience managing BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, data updates, and related documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a highly proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail combined with solid administrative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential employee information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and comprehensively support HR operational activities.
