Legal Corporate Officer

Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate corporate risk across the holding group and its subsidiaries;
• Provide end-to-end administrative and legal support for corporate actions, including General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), acquisitions, and corporate financing arrangements;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all business operations and activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple business sectors;
• Provide legal advisory and support to various subsidiaries operating in different industries, ensuring consistency and alignment with the holding group's policies and legal standards.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (a specialization or background in Business Law is an advantage);
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a notary office (Notary/PPAT), public listed company, law firm, or mining company;
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, with demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, commercial agreements, and contract negotiation;
• Proven ability to manage legal affairs across multiple subsidiaries or business units within a holding company structure, with the capacity to adapt to diverse industry regulations and business needs
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of legal risk awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and
• Willing to travel on business trips as required;
