Job Description :

• Develop and execute strategic plans, objectives, and KPIs for the Real Estate Operations function.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee payment processes for vendors, contractors, and other CRES-related parties, ensuring compliance with agreements, budgets, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
• Lead the management of CRES applications, systems, and technology platforms.
• Identify business risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Real Estate Operations, Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES), Property Management, Facilities Management, or related areas
• Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate Services and real estate operational processes.
• Expertise in strategic planning, KPI management, and performance monitoring.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
