About the Role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create engaging visual and video content that supports our marketing and brand communications. Working within the marketing team, you will produce a range of creative assets across graphic design and video, translating business objectives and brand guidelines into compelling visual content. This is a hands-on production role suited to an early-career creative with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic & Video Production: Develop graphic designs and video content across a range of formats and channels, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva to deliver creative assets that meet business goals and brand standards
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with organisational standards and brand guidelines, incorporating feedback from management to refine and improve creative work
• Multi-Project Delivery: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Process Improvement: Review existing design workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to solutions that enhance the team's creative capabilities and efficiency
• Asset Management: Update and maintain internal databases of design assets, photography, and video content to support ongoing marketing activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar creative production role
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to work across both static and video formats
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Interest in or exposure to the financial services or investment industry is a plus
