DIVING REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced offshore diving professional to join our project team as a Diving Client Vessel Representative (CVR). The Diving CVR will act as the Company's senior offshore representative onboard Dive Support Vessels (DSV) and subsea construction vessels, providing oversight of contractor operations to ensure all diving and subsea activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures, project requirements, and industry best practices. Previous Client Vessel Representative experience is advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome applications from experienced Saturation Diving Supervisors, Diving Superintendents, and other offshore diving leaders who demonstrate strong safety leadership, sound operational judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

• Represent the Company onboard Dive Support Vessels (DSV) and subsea construction vessels as Diving Client Vessel Representative (CVR).
• Oversee diving and subsea operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and approved procedures.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safe, efficient offshore execution.
• Provide operational assurance, observation, and reporting to the project team.
• Promote strong HSSE culture and effective communication with offshore stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive offshore diving experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous experience as Saturation Diving Supervisor, Diving Superintendent, or other senior diving leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of saturation diving, DSV operations, subsea construction, SURF, IMR, IMCA guidelines, and offshore HSSE.
• Demonstrated safety leadership, reporting, and contractor management skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to work offshore on a rotational basis.
• Preferred: Previous CVR/Company Representative experience and involvement in major subsea installation, pipeline, cable, spool, tie-in, or contractor assurance projects.
