HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition. Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies. Drive timely and cost-efficient hiring while maintaining a high quality of hire. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes. 2. Performance Management. Own the execution and continuous improvement of the company's performance management framework.. Drive company-wide goal setting and performance review cycles.. Partner with managers to align performance expectations and facilitate meaningful performance discussions.. Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on performance-related actions. 3. Employee Retention. Drive strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, with a focus on retaining high-performing employees. Define and strengthen the company's culture and employee experience initiatives in partnership with leadership. Monitor engagement and retention metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Oversee HR budget allocation for people initiatives and support strategic people decisions with the Co-Founders and leadership team. Qualifications 2–3 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment. Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring process. Comfortable working directly with Co-Founders. Detail-oriented and strong in documentation. Able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders. Strong communication skills (English required). Experience in startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiar with Indonesian labor law (Singapore/Vietnam knowledge is a plus). High ownership & proactive attitude.
