Product Analyst – EDC Product

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for EDC and payment products to identify market trends opportunities and potential areas for product development.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new EDC features services and use cases based on market needs and customer requirements.
• Translate business needs and market insights into clear product requirements and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define and refine product features requirements and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain product-related documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Product Requirement Documents (PRD) user stories process flows and product specifications.
• Support product testing activities including UAT pilot implementation and product launches.
• Evaluate the performance and impact of newly implemented features and identify opportunities for further improvement.
• Analyze and support EDC integrations with banks payment processors switching providers acquirers and other payment partners.
• Understand and analyze EDC transaction flows including authorization settlement reversal refund and reconciliation.
• Analyze transaction data and product KPIs to support product performance evaluation and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business technology operations and external partners to support product development and implementation.
• Maintain proper product documentation and ensure deliverables are well-structured measurable and aligned with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product analysis payment systems fintech banking acquiring EDC digital financial services or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business and transaction data.
• Good understanding of payment transaction processes and financial technology.
• Experience working with transaction data business metrics and product KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Experience with SQL Power BI Tableau or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business technology operations and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear structured and measurable deliverables.
• Customer-oriented and data-driven mindset with a focus on translating insights into actionable product improvements
