Job Description

• Responsible for managing KOL/Influencer operational performance and improving content quality and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to select the most suitable influencers/KOLs for each campaign.
• Develop, execute, and optimize influencer marketing strategies end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs/Influencers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that increase brand engagement through KOL/Influencer collaborations.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on KOL campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of experience as a KOL Executive.
• Possess an established KOL/Influencer database (micro, mid-tier, macro, and mega) and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/Celebrities.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, websites, and social media channels.
• Proven experience handling KOLs in the beauty industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
