Data Entry & Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with an accounting background and data analysis skills to manage import data operations for a UAE-based trading this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining trade and inventory data from international suppliers across China Japan Indonesia and other regions into Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management: Input and maintain accurate import transactions product details supplier invoices and inventory records in Zoho.
  
• Accounting Support: Review verify and reconcile trade documents (commercial invoices packing lists bill of lading) to ensure accurate entry into the accounting modules.
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform routine data checks identify discrepancies and assist in generating trade and data analysis reports.
  
• Cross-Border Coordination: Tracking import data across multiple country origins (China Japan Indonesia etc.) to ensure complete data integrity.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Zoho Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Zoho software (Zoho Books Zoho Inventory or Zoho CRM/Creator).
  
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background or educational foundation in Accounting Finance or Data Analysis.
  
• Experience: Proven experience in data entry data integration or clerical accounting roles (trading or import/export experience is a plus).
  
• English Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to communicate clearly and manage documentation effectively.
  
• Skills: High attention to detail strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
