Sales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales marketing branding and PR strategy to strengthen the company’s position in the Hajj Umrah and travel industry.
• Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies through digital marketing partnerships events referral programs and other relevant channels.
• Create innovative marketing and promotional programs to increase lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for Hajj Umrah and travel packages.
• Oversee the entire sales process and lead conversion activities to achieve agreed sales and closing targets.
• Ensure an effective customer journey from initial enquiry and registration through post-sales engagement and retention with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Lead coach and evaluate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve annual revenue and commercial targets.
• Monitor market trends customer behaviour competitors and sales performance to support data-driven business decisions.
• Prepare and present regular sales marketing and commercial performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the tour & travel industry with strong exposure to the Hajj and Umrah travel sector.
• Proven experience in sales marketing business development and revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking market analysis and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• Excellent negotiation communication and business partnership skills.
• Target-oriented commercially minded and comfortable working with measurable KPIs.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required; Arabic language capability will be an advantage.
