We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage Service team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor this is a guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating thoughtful memorable dining experiences.

A major part of the role is bringing the Potato Head experience to life through warm attentive and knowledgeable service. The Waiter/Waitress will guide guests through the menu anticipate their needs and work closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure every experience feels smooth personal and welcoming.

What Youll Do

• Welcome guests and deliver warm personalised service from arrival through departure.
• Present the menu with confidence explain ingredients and preparation methods and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure each course is served with the right timing presentation and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest preferences and help create a refined memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurants concept.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a fine dining specialty restaurant or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
• A strong understanding of sequence of service table settings course timing and dining etiquette.
• Good knowledge of food ingredients preparation methods and basic food and beverage pairing.
• Good spoken English with polished communication skills and a genuine interest in creating personalised guest experiences.
