About the role
As the HRD & General Affair Supervisor at PT KENCANA GRAHA OPTIMA', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions within the company. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the HR and General Affairs teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the company's goals
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Administer payroll, benefits and other HR-related processes
- Manage the company's general affairs, including facilities, equipment and administrative activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & General Affairs supervisory role, preferably within the Hospitallity or Property Management industryStrong working knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsProficient in HR information systems and data analysisAbility to lead and motivate teams, as well as work collaboratively across the organisationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldApply now for this exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team
