We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Consultant, Recruitment to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in managing and executing end-to-end recruitment projects for our diverse portfolio of clients, primarily within the dynamic tech startup sector. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized talent solutions.
- End-to-End Recruitment : Lead the full recruitment cycle for mid- to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and our extensive network to identify and engage top talent in the tech and startup space.
- Project Leadership : Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices.
- Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, market movements, and talent landscapes to provide strategic insights to both clients and the internal team.
- Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, etc.).Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house talent acquisition professional, preferably within an agency setting.Strong knowledge of the Indonesian tech and startup ecosystem.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.What We Offer
