About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative People Excellent Partner Intern to support our internal communications, employee care channel, and People Partner programs. You'll work closely with the People Partner team to ensure our initiatives are executed smoothly and communicated effectively across the company. Job Description :

• Craft engaging copy and design key visuals (KVs) for internal announcements, newsletters, and program launches.
• Manage and monitor the People Care channel by responding to employee inquiries and providing timely support.
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs, culture events, onboarding, and internal surveys.
• Provide support on various ongoing PEP strategic projects, including data tracking, preparation of materials, and logistics.
