Responsibilities
- Engage business leaders to establish business essentials for organizational development or change management initiatives.
- Coach business leaders to align career aspirations and job rotations of the employees with the organization's business strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-performing talent based on the organization's ideal talent profile.
- Liaise with business leaders to develop hiring standards for sourcing candidates for leadership roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Guide business leaders to relay key performance indicators (KPIs), performance goals and ratings to their employees.
- Engage business leaders on compensation policies and programs.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Build regular meetings with all business leaders to align organizational goals.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal.
- Liaise and align Industrial Relations cases with Industrial Relations and Legal.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a People Partner.Experience in managing the Operations team.Experience in the Logistic industry would be preferred.Proficiency in MS Office, preferably MS Excel.Experience in organizational effectiveness and organizational change processes.Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility with all levels and functions.Team-oriented with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Fast learner and adaptable.Willingness to work with high mobilization.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent in data analytics and reporting.Details
