- Evaluate learning development needs within the organizational scope
- Initiate, develop, and deliver learning strategies and development programs
- Provide excellent onboarding experiences for new employees
- Monitor performance indicators
- Assist employees in consistently delivering results
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs
Requirements / Qualifications :
