Team Lead

Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Team Lead based in Jakarta, Indonesia.  In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the project development team, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, developing project timelines and monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure smooth project execution, and providing mentoring and technical support to the team.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead role, a strong understanding of Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and Agile / Scrum project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities Lead and oversee the project development team.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop project timelines and monitor progress.

Identify risks and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide mentoring and technical support to the team.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead.

Strong understanding of Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and Agile / Scrum project management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

English proficiency is a must Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
