Channel Development Lead

As a Channel Development Lead , you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and expanding sales channels to increase market penetration and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute channel development strategies across offline stores : modern trade, general trade, and distributors.
• Develop and implement Route to Market (RTM) strategies tailored to target markets and product characteristics.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of Trade Marketing programs across channels to boost product visibility and sell-out performance.
• Analyze potential new channels and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive performance in existing channels through targeted promotions, bundling, pricing, and campaigns.
• Monitor skincare industry trends and consumer behavior to refine RTM, trade marketing, and channel strategies.
